In the historic, first match of the opening weekend of the PPL season, the Miami Padel Club women’s doubles team defeated the Toronto Polars Bears 6-0, 6-1. Following this, Miami’s men’s doubles team posted another decisive victory of 6-3, 6-2, against Toronto to clinch the team match.
With Miami winning both the men and women games, no mixed match was played.
